Biography:
Dean has been involved with music since childhood, discovering the excitement
of pop music as a teenager. He played with a number of local bands and studied
music in college. Dean began writing songs about 10 years ago and in May of
2000 he released his first CD of original songs, "Just Another Dude...". Dean
writes in a variety of genres, and has been blessed to work with some great
musicians and producers.

Dean's first CD, "Just Another Dude from Montebello" was on top of 
the
MP3.com charts (mp3.com/texmex) for more than a year. The song "Como Friegas"
reached and stayed at number one on the mp3.com/tex-mex charts. The CD also
been played on Chicano radio shows. Thanks to his song "Jail for Christmas",
Dean's music has developed a large and loyal prison following.
With Dean's new CD. "Chicali", he hopes to broaden his audience, focusing towards the Tejano and Tex Mex crowd. In it's first week of release four songs from the Chicali CD soared to the top of the MP3.COM Texmex and Tejano charts.
